T-Connect was founded in April 2002 as a results of the QUASI-E Project, an initiative supported by Innovation community programme and AREA Science Park with the aim of promoting new high-tech companies.
The company is actually researching and developing solutions for integrating localisation services and wireless technologies with the support of Java programming language.
The offer is also composed by:
- Supporting customer in architecture definition (HW/SW) for the Sales Force Automation/Field Force Automation and for Mobile Business;
- Consulting on Location Based technology and on digital Maps visualisation Execution of functional and Inter-operability (IOT) tests on wireless products/systems (2.5-3G mobile networks, Wi-Fi/WiMAX and DVB);
- Supporting on development of applications J2EE, J2SE, J2ME, J2ME CDC, CLDC and MIDP.
We are actually involved in many research projects, supporting national and European partners in researching new technologies and developing innovative software applications.
Mission
T-Connect mission is to promote innovative wireless solutions between small and medium enterprises with a “user centric” approach. This means a high level of customisation in the products taking into account mainly target user’s needs. The following steps are fundamental:
- Analysis of user needs, of company processes and application fields.
- End-user requirements definition.
- Definition and development of an ad-hoc solution.
- Test and support for maintenance of the product.
